Steve Miller

Steve began his Real Estate career as an EWI Protégé and now enjoys sharing his investment know-how with aspiring real estate investors throughout the country.

As an accomplished public speaker, Steve enjoys sharing his personal experiences, truly bringing real estate investing to life for his students. Steve purchased his first investment property in 2001 and has continued to build his investment portfolio, purchasing dozens of single-family and multi-unit properties.

Steve is an expert in creative financing and has purchased most of his investments with little to no down payment. He has handled foreclosures and rehabs, as well as new construction, throughout the United States.

Steve credits much of his success to his philosophy of approaching real estate investing as a business and enjoys teaching other investors how they too can reach the next level.
