Rod Damian

Born into a middle-income family in southern California, Rod spent his formative years growing up in rough neighborhoods, surrounded by violence and gangs. It wasn’t long before Rod was immersed in gang life. Struggling through school from a young age, he never believed an education would be an option.

The gang lifestyle soon lost its luster as he watched close friends die from their choices. Rod wanted more for himself and his family, but was still plagued by his insecurity of being a poor student and not having enough education.

After a late night out with his friends, Rod turned on the television and saw an infomercial advertising Real Estate investing workshops. He took immediate action and attended the next workshop in his area. Rod signed on with EWI as a Mastery student and immersed himself into the program and the people he met there.

In his first year alone, Rod completed more than 30 deals and, as they say, the rest is history. Over the past 6 years, since his first encounter with EWI, Rod has completed many transactions including assignments, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, rentals, rehabs and commercial deals. He has also trained and personally mentored thousands of other investors to do the same.
