With a year left on his military contract, Erik began pursuing real estate investing with vigor. Erik purchased numerous investment properties while still working 10 hour days in the Marine Corps. Upon completion of his Marine Corps duties, Erik became a full-time investor.

Erik has since purchased millions of dollars of real estate throughout the United States. Erik is truly an innovator in the Real Estate market, finding and refining even the most unlikely niches. His investing expertise is widespread and diverse. He has taught thousands of students his unique strategies at several Enlightened Wealth Retreats and Innovative Real Estate Bootcamps.

Erik’s specialties include investing in foreclosed properties (REOs), Mobile Home Investing, Mobile Home Parks and Billboard Developments.
